In November 2007 Folkestone acquired 14.89 hectares of land at 300 Millers Road in Altona, Victoria, in a 50/50 joint with the AMP Capital Investors’ Managed Select Property Portfolio Fund No. 2. Folkestone has also been appointed Development Manager by the joint venture.
