Our Real Estate Income Fund will provide private client investors with regular income and the opportunity for capital growth from a diversified portfolio of Australian real estate assets.

Our Real Estate Opportunistic/Development Funds will provide high net worth private client investors with an opportunity to invest Australian based real estate and real estate-related assets that have been selected to provide the potential for capital growth from value-added and opportunistic or development led investment strategies.

Mandates / Club Investments

We work with high net worth and institutional clients to create and manage separately managed real estate mandates/club investments that are tailored to meet their specific risk, return and liquidity objectives. The mandates/club investments may operate in both the public and private real estate markets, across debt and equity, and along the entire risk/return spectrum of real estate investing.
